About Head Sukoon

Head Sukoon was founded by Heena Pahuja, a psychologist whose work across schools, organizations, and individual settings revealed a consistent gap.

Psychology was often introduced only after concerns escalated, when behaviour had already shifted, performance had dropped, or stress had become visible.

Yet long before that point, there were signals.
Emotional overload. Reduced capacity. Strained relationships. Decision fatigue.

Head Sukoon was created to work at that earlier stage, where understanding, structure, and timely support can still change outcomes.
